Text Box: Be Life Confident Workshop - This is a participative workshop designed for individuals who want to take more control of their own life. The programme includes some information to help participants make sense of the practical techniques taught and demonstrated throughout the day. 

Information includes: How The Brain makes maps of reality that guide actions and decisions and how single time learning coupled with emotion creates beliefs that may be self limiting. 
		
You will learn how to take control of your emotions and manage the emotional state of yourself and others and how to change the emotional associations of experiences by understanding and changing sub-modalities.You will also learn the difference between your conscious and unconscious processes and we’ll use some deep relaxation techniques to help you reprogramme some of your unconscious behaviour to be more useful to you.
